The term Free Spectrum has been coined to mean freedom to use electromagnetic spectrum to freely communicate with others. Previous government-imposed limits on who can have stations and who can't would be removed, and everyone would be given equal opportunity to use the airwaves for their own radio station, television station, or even broadcast their own website.
Electrons, other particles and molecules behave the same way for everybody. Their behavior is not a company or an individual specific, they do not recognize groups of people, nations, believes, social statuses and the wealth defined by the humans alone.
The fact that nature laws are same for everybody suggest to look for a whole range of physical and social phenomenas, abundant materials (for example drinking water), whose application and free access to would improve everybody's life without the need and excuse for artificial control imposed by few in the name and interest of the few.
This would imply the possibilities to broadcast freely, distribute information, build free internet networks for everybody, improve our independence in communication, freedom to personal energy, freedom of having access to clean drinking water, contributions to commons as opposite to stealing, restricting and locking, accessing better volunteer health care system because health is a property common to all living organisms, work directly to solve social problems on basis different than profit because it's something what should be done so we can live in a better society etc.
