What is +o or +h ?An IRC Op (+o) or Halfop (+h) is a channel operator status. Operators can set channel modes, new topics and also set user rights, and they have the right to kick or ban users if they are breaking rules.
What is +v ?An IRC voice (+v) is used if a channel is moderated (+m). The users with a voice can speak, while others cant. This means the users without a voice cannot send their text to the channel, and this has nothing to do with a mic. ;)
