Open Source Project Management System

An Open Source PMS that supports transparency.

  • The core

The platform that inspires people to collaborate and share

The core consists of several base modules. The base modules is required to keep this platform transparent and collaborative.

  • Base module

A base module is required and simply a function that keeps the platform transparent and collaborative.

  • Extend modules

If you want to improve the Base modules with new functions that supports your way of working you can do this by adding extend modules.

Project category 1: All type of projects (not core)

This is where every project not related to the core/platform is added.

  • Create a new project

Simply. Create a new project and improve the interface with extend modules.

  • Current projects(list)

A list where every current projects is shown

  • Single project

When clicked on a single current project the project overview shows up.

  • Ideas, Comments, Issues

Gives you the opportunity to give feedback to an existing project without beeing in the project development group.

  • Contribute

If the projectgroup is open you can apply to become a part of the already going on project development.

  • Branch

If the projectgroup isn't open you have the ability to create your own branch of the current project. By choosing to create a new branch you simply copy the current project and start a new project with the branched project as a platform.

This lets you have it open for new people that want to contribute.

Project category 2: Core projects/module development

In this category the development of the core, base modules and extend modules are beeing produced. This is mainly to develop the platform further using open source. Everyone can contribute in the development of the RBOSE platform.

A new person starts here

When a newcommer comes to the project section and wants to contribute.

  • Start1: Idea

Before you start your new project it can sometimes be good to share your idea with others for feedback. If he wants to share it with others theese steps are prefered:

  • Intention
  • Presentation
  • Response array
  • Questions
  • Diagnostics
  • Discussion
  • Viewpoints

When the idea has circuit theese steps the creator of the idea can choose to create a new project of that idea.

  • Start2: Contribute

If the newcommer doesn't want to start a new project/share his ideas he can also search for open projects which he can contribute to.

  • Start3: Branch

If he doesn't want to be a part of any existing projects he can choose to branch one and make it his own. Combine his ideas with already existing projects and develop them further. If he chooses to branch an already existing project a new project is created out of that project and he can now branch it however he wants.

This is a graph with borders and nodes. Maybe there is an Imagemap used so the nodes may be linking to some Pages.
